The Role
We are seeking a senior, commercially driven sales leader to accelerate global revenue growth across our global portfolio of websites, events, content studios, and social platforms.
This role will focus on developing high-value brand partnerships across the US market, working closely with agencies and directly with brands to deliver creative, integrated media solutions. You will be trusted to open doors, shape partnerships, and consistently convert opportunity into long-term revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow revenues across Motorsport Network’s digital, social, event, and content production offerings to clients in the US
- Build and maintain senior relationships with media agencies, client direct teams, and brand decision-makers
- Lead complex, multi-platform partnership negotiations from pitch to close
- Collaborate with editorial, content, production, and marketing teams to deliver innovative, audience-first solutions
- Identify new commercial opportunities within tech, luxury, finance, and premium lifestyle sectors
- Represent Motorsport Network with authority at industry events, client meetings, and motorsport activations
- Contribute to broader commercial strategy and help shape how the business evolves its partnership offering
What We’re Looking For
- Proven senior sales experience within media brand partnerships, digital publishing, content, or sports media
- Track record of delivering against targets and running a strategic territory and accomplished sales techniques and training.
- A strong network of agency and brand contacts across the UK and Europe
- Demonstrated success selling integrated, creative, multi-channel solutions (not just media inventory)
- Confidence working with global brands and navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and comfortable operating at senior level
- Passion for Motorsport is preferred — sales skills, drive, ambition, and creativity essential

Compensation will be base salary plus commissions and will be commensurate with experience
